Privacy Policy
Last updated June 11, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how The Provider Partner ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and safeguards information in connection with the Optimize platform ("Platform"). This is interim language provided pending final attorney review.
1. Information We Collect.
We collect account information you provide when you register (such as your name, email address, organization, and authentication credentials), billing and subscription details processed through our payment provider, and the de-identified data files you upload for analysis. We also collect limited technical information such as log data, device and browser details, and usage activity to operate and secure the Platform.
2. How We Use Information.
We use information to provide and improve the Platform, generate analytics and benchmarking insights, authenticate users, process subscriptions, communicate with you about your account, and meet our legal and security obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
3. De-Identified Data.
The Platform is designed to process de-identified data. You are responsible for ensuring that uploads do not contain Protected Health Information or personally identifiable patient information except as authorized under a separate written agreement. Aggregated benchmarking analyses do not identify any individual patient, provider, or practice.
4. How We Share Information.
We share information with service providers who support the Platform (such as cloud hosting, storage, AI processing, email delivery, and payment processing) under contractual confidentiality and security obligations, and where required by law. We do not share your uploaded data for advertising purposes.
5. Data Security and Retention.
We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information. We retain account and analysis records for the period required to provide the service and to meet legal, regulatory, and recordkeeping obligations, after which records are archived and deleted in accordance with our retention schedule.
6. Your Choices.
You may access and update your account information, request deletion of your data subject to applicable legal retention requirements, and manage communication preferences. To exercise these choices, contact us using the details below.
7. Contact Us.
